Guided Returns and Cancellations
We want the transition of our pieces into your environment to be entirely seamless. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placement so we can halt logistics immediately.
Should a selected object not perfectly align with your space, we welcome returns within 30 days of delivery. To maintain the integrity of our archive, returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee to accommodate the specialized handling and detailed inspection required for our collection. Return shipping arrangements and costs are managed by the client.

Material Realities and Distressed Finish
The objects in our collection are deliberately specified with raw, heavy, and industrial finishes. This weathered, structural character is an intentional part of the design ethos.
Features such as surface oxidization, distressed texturing, natural wood grain variations, and character bubbles in glass casting are engineered design elements. They are executed precisely to give each piece an aged, architectural presence. Furthermore, due to the heavy physical materials used in manufacturing, stated dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly by up to 3 inches.
If you feel an item has arrived with a genuine manufacturing defect that compromises its utility, please contact our studio promptly with accompanying photographs. We will personally review your file immediately to arrange a swift replacement or a full refund.
Transit and Protection
Every order undergoes a rigorous quality inspection and is professionally packaged before it leaves our facility.
We ask that you examine the exterior packaging at the time of delivery. If you notice any significant signs of damage or wear on the crate, please refuse the shipment with the carrier and notify us immediately so we can deploy a replacement.
If you discover any transit damage after opening your shipment, please reach out to our studio right away. Carrier insurance claims are highly time sensitive, and a prompt report allows us to resolve the issue for you without delay.
