Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping furniture can be expensive and complicated to price. Rather than burden you with the science of shipping logistics, we will cover the cost of shipping. The only thing you have to concern yourself with is finding the perfect place in your home for your purchase.

Free Shipping is available for items that we ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Curbside Freight deliveries. Curbside delivery is delivery to the front of your home, not inside.

We offer "White Glove" delivery options on some of our pieces at an additional charge. White Glove is delivery inside of your home to the room of your choice and covers any assembly that might be required. Please contact us if you would like the White Glove delivery service.

Most orders ship within 7 to 14 days of purchase. This time frame generally depends on the location of the delivery as well as local weather conditions and is subject to change. 

 

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please initiate a return for a Return Authorization before sending items back.  Returned items must be unused and received in the original condition as they were received at your own expense.

Defects

If you notice a defect in any of our pieces, please contact us and send photos of the defect right away. After carefully reviewing your claim we will contact you with the result of our findings. If it is determined that the item is defective, we will either ship you a replacement or issue a full refund. Please note that many of our pieces are handcrafted and are designed to have distressed look. Creating a distressed look can include but not limit to rusting, paint chipping, unfinished look, cracks, and air bubbles in the glass. As with all handcrafted pieces, no two pieces are alike. The dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 3 inches.    

Damage

All of our product is checked for damages prior to shipping, then carefully and professionally wrapped. If you notice any damage or worn packaging at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us. If you notice the damage on the item after you have already signed for the purchase, please contact us right away. Time is of the essence when making a shipping claim. Failure to do so in a timely manner could result in the denial of claim.
