What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Some exclusions may apply. Simply pay the return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. Please refer to our full return policy for details.

What if my purchase arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund.

When will I get my order?

Delivery times vary by product and location. Most items ship within 5-7 business days, and larger items may take 2-3 weeks.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, changes may not be possible as your order will be in processing.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or delivery to remote locations.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we’re happy to ship to any U.S. port of your choice for your logistics provider to handle the final delivery.
